If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use StockMarketScore.

StockMarketScore is an informational financial analytics platform. It displays market data, stock metadata, AI-generated price forecasts, P10/P50/P90 forecast ranges, expected upside, stock scores, model performance metrics, market overview data, news sentiment analysis, rankings, tables, charts and related methodology content.

The platform is designed to make model outputs and scoring logic more transparent. It is not a brokerage service, trading platform, portfolio manager, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser or legal adviser.

All content on StockMarketScore is provided for general informational, analytical and educational purposes only. The service does not provide individualized advice and does not take into account your personal financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position, portfolio, investment horizon or legal circumstances.

Scores, forecasts, rankings, price targets, expected upside values, model evaluations, news sentiment outputs and other analytics do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any security, financial instrument or investment product.

You remain solely responsible for your own investment research and decisions. Before making financial decisions, you should verify information independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

StockMarketScore uses automated models and deterministic scoring logic to analyze available data. Model-based outputs can be wrong, unstable, incomplete, delayed or affected by missing, incorrect or outdated input data.

• Forecasts are not guarantees of future prices, returns, volatility or market direction.
• Historical model performance does not guarantee future model performance.
• Scores are relative analytical indicators and should not be interpreted as direct probabilities unless expressly documented.
• Forecast intervals such as P10, P50 and P90 are model outputs and may fail to cover actual future prices.
• Unexpected news, earnings events, macroeconomic changes, regulatory decisions, market crises and company-specific events can invalidate prior analysis.

The platform may display or derive information from market data, company data, forecast data, news data and other third-party or external data sources. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, revised later or subject to provider terms and restrictions.

StockMarketScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or suitability of any data, model output, chart, ranking or derived metric.

You may use StockMarketScore only if you are legally capable of entering into these terms and if your use is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your access and use.
• You are responsible for evaluating whether the service is suitable for your own purposes.
• You are responsible for protecting your own devices, browser, network connection and data.
• You must not rely on StockMarketScore as the sole basis for any financial decision.

You may access and use StockMarketScore for lawful personal, informational, research and internal business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You must not misuse StockMarketScore or attempt to interfere with the platform, its data, infrastructure or other users.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, databases, accounts or infrastructure.
• Do not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, scan, attack or bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, copy, mirror, redistribute or resell platform data except where expressly permitted in writing.
• Do not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, warning, disclaimer or proprietary notices.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates third-party data provider terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or applicable law.
• Do not present StockMarketScore outputs as your own regulated investment advice or as guaranteed factual predictions.

The current public platform may be accessible without a user account. If accounts, alerts, server-side watchlists, saved screeners, API access, subscriptions, billing or other paid features are introduced, additional terms, usage limits, cancellation rules, payment terms, API restrictions or product-specific conditions may apply.

Access to such features may be refused, suspended, limited or terminated if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment issues or violation of applicable terms.

StockMarketScore may be updated, modified, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time. Features, datasets, pages, calculations, model versions, scoring weights, forecast horizons, rankings, UI components and availability may change without prior notice.

No uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability is guaranteed.

The website, user interface, design, branding, texts, charts, tables, data presentations, methodology content, software, code, structure and other materials created by the operator are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to access and use the platform under these terms, no ownership rights or licenses are granted. Third-party data, company names, stock symbols, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests or other feedback, you grant the operator the right to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

StockMarketScore may display advertising, including Google AdSense advertisements, and may link to external websites. External websites, advertisers and third-party services are not controlled by StockMarketScore and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The presence of an advertisement or external link does not constitute endorsement, financial advice or a recommendation by StockMarketScore.

StockMarketScore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for losses, damages, costs or claims arising from or related to your use of StockMarketScore, your reliance on any content or output, investment decisions, trading losses, missed profits, incorrect or delayed data, model errors, service interruptions, external links, advertisements or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of StockMarketScore, violation of these terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized redistribution or commercial exploitation of platform content or data.

The operator may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, attempt unauthorized access, overload infrastructure or if restriction is required by law or provider obligations.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual property, restrictions on use, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification and governing law.

These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, operational or business changes. The current version is available on this page. Continued use of StockMarketScore after an update means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the courts of Munich, Germany, shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer / Risk Notice, Imprint and any referenced legal notices, constitute the agreement governing your use of StockMarketScore unless a separate written agreement applies.
